At Settld, we want you to love every product you bring into your workspace. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at settld.store@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. In those cases Settld will cover the return shipping cost in full.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, assembled or are missing original packaging cannot be returned unless faulty.
