Shipping policy

At Settld, we want your new workspace essentials to reach you as smoothly as possible.

Delivery cost

Delivery is calculated at checkout and shown to you in full before you pay. The cost depends on the item and where it ships from, so larger pieces such as desks and office chairs cost more to deliver than small accessories.

Delivery times

Most orders are processed within 2 business days and arrive within 5 business days. Larger furniture items may take slightly longer due to their size, and deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas can take longer.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available, so you can follow its journey to your door.

Split deliveries

If your order contains items from more than one of our suppliers, they may arrive separately and on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.

Delays

We work hard to ensure prompt delivery, but occasionally factors outside our control such as courier delays or periods of high demand may affect delivery times. We will keep you informed if this happens.
