Solid oak top, X-cross steel legs

A clean-lined desk that pairs a solid oak top with a slim black X-cross metal frame. Made to order in four finishes and three lengths, so it works as a compact writing desk or a full-width workstation.

Please note

  • Each piece is handmade from natural timber, so colour tones and grain vary slightly between desks.
  • Due to the waney edge design, the width varies slightly along the tabletop where it follows the natural shape of the timber.
  • Natural characteristics such as minor splits, knots and shakes are part of the character of the wood.
  • Please allow +/- 1cm variation in measurements, as timber expands and contracts.
  • Arrives flat-packed with all holes pre-drilled. A screwdriver is needed to attach the legs.

What sizes does this desk come in?
The top is 60cm deep and comes in three lengths: 120cm, 130cm or 140cm. Every size stands 75cm high, a standard desk height.

Is it solid wood?
Yes. The top is solid timber finished with a durable food-grade oil, so each desk has its own grain, knots and a natural waney edge.

Is it a good desk for a small home office?
The 120 x 60cm size suits a compact home office or spare-room study, with space for a laptop or a single monitor. The 140cm length gives room for two monitors or a wider working setup.

Does it need assembling?
It arrives flat-packed with all holes pre-drilled. You only need a screwdriver to attach the legs.

How long does delivery take?
We deliver across the UK. Each desk is made to order, so allow a little longer than our usual five business days. We will email tracking once it has been dispatched.

Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a free return, and we will send you a prepaid label. Please keep the original packaging until you are sure.
